General information
Technical specifications and delivery of original paintings
Freight of original paintings are costly due to the requirement of both a transport insurance and a dedicated wooden transport container for proper mechanical protection. Please inquire for information on the delivery options.
All original paintings are all acryl on canvas and mounted on a high-quality wooden frame. Each painting is however “born” on one of two different types of wooden frames which cannot be changed. Please consult the detail-information page for each painting to get informed which type of support frame it is (click on the painting in the paintings list). This means that the frame of each specific painting cannot be changed:
- I. Frames with a depth of 25mm suited for mounting inside a decorative outer frame
- II.Frames with a depth of 40mm suited for direct use without a decorative outer frame

Technical specifications and delivery of Giclée art prints
Many of my paintings may also be delivered as high quality so called “Giclée art” prints which are available at a lower price (limited series). This is also particularly relevant if the original painting is sold or not available. These art prints are produced with extremely stable pigments.
The prices are excluding transport. There are generally 2 alternative options for the delivery of Giclee art prints, due to the high freight cost of paintings mounted on wooden frames:
- Option A is to order the unmounted canvas roll and deliver it via standard mail in a protected cardboard box. You arrange yourself to have the canvas mounted on a frame locally. This is to secure low but safe freight costs. This option is valid in most of Europe.
- Option B is to order the canvas mounted on a high-quality stable wood frame (40mm) in my workshop. This option is only available for delivery to addresses on Sjaelland, Denmark unless you intend to pick up the artwork yourself at my address (Degnebakken 7, Holbæk, Denmark)
